Negative taken of Saint Pythias Sanitarium from the "Colored American Magazine," January 1906, Vol. X, No. 1. Saint Pythias Sanitarium was located at 108 Church Street, Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas. Dr. C.M. Wade was the proprietor and resident physician of Saint Phythias Sanitarium. A sign in front of Sanitarium reads "Dr. Wade's Sanitorium." By 1910, the Saint Pythias Sanitarium is listed in the city directory at 400 Cottage Street in Hot Springs.
